PROVISIONS [pruh-vizh-uhn] - NOUN - arrangement or preparation beforehand, as for the doing of something, the meeting of needs, the supplying of means, etc.

MELLIN PROVISIONS, LLC - PRONOUN - is a tribute to my grandfather and great uncle who used to own a butcher shop by the name at Greenwich and Spring St in Manhattan, NY that closed in the early 80s, so this is my way of honoring them.
